RoastAI is an AI-powered platform that generates creative comebacks to comments, messages, or posts. The service uses artificial intelligence to create contextually relevant responses based on user input.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Not attempt to manipulate, hack, or abuse the service

4. Content Guidelines

While we generate comebacks that may include strong language when requested, you agree not to:

  • Use the service to generate content promoting violence or illegal activities
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Share comebacks that violate privacy or defame individuals
  • Use the service for spam or malicious purposes

5. Subscription and Payments

- Free users receive 10 daily roasts
- Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Refunds available within 7 days of purchase
- We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

6. Intellectual Property

- Generated comebacks are owned by you
- RoastAI platform, design, and code remain our property
- You grant us license to display your public comebacks
- Do not copy or redistribute our platform

7. Disclaimers

- Service provided "as is" without warranties
- We don't guarantee accuracy or appropriateness of generated content
- You're responsible for how you use generated comebacks
- We're not liable for any consequences of using our service

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may close your account at any time from your profile page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which our business operates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Canadian courts.
